About the Rolewe are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. in this role you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment while ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with or without previous cleaning experience.

Key Responsibities

-Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in designated areas

-Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, maintained, and safe to use

-follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

-use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.

-Comply with Health and Safety regulations at all times

-Complete all mandatory training required for the role.

-Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

-Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and collegues.

-deliver excellent customer service at all times.

-identify opportunities to improve service delivery and exceed customer expectations

Requirements

-Ability to communicate and read basic English.

-Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential as full training is provided).
