About this role

Manage the operational delivery of community listening and engagement activities within PEADP, working in partnership with Trust Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP). Leads and other community engagement leads, using an anti-racism and anti-discrimination lens. Co-create and co-facilitate engagement activities in ways appropriate to the needs of minoritised communities, which may take place outside core working hours where required to reach specific communities. Work with Trust MNVP leads, staff, and community representatives to organise, deliver, and document key themes and learnings from community engagement activities. Coordinate and work with colleagues across the Observatory to deliver effective, high-quality community engagement activities within PEADP. Develop community engagement resources and materials for use within PEADP and wider Observatory use as relevant. Use delivery feedback and outcome data to identify recurring engagement issues, implement improvements directly, and escalate any with wider programme implications to the Observatorys PEADP programme management team. Work within allocated budget for community engagement activity, escalating cost variances to the programme management team. Identify and escalate concerns arising from engagement activity, including safeguarding or governance issues, to the Head of Implementation and Senior Implementation Programme Manager. Work with the Senior Implementation Programme Manager and Head of Implementation to prepare papers, presentations, short reports and briefings to internal and external programme stakeholders.
