We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to deliver a tailored Careers & Workskills curriculum to children and young people with autism, emotional regulation, and sensory processing needs. Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery
Design, plan, and deliver a differentiated Careers & Workskills curriculum tailored to individual physical, educational, and social needs.

Target Setting & Assessment
Set and review personalised learning goals, track student progress, and contribute to EHCP, PEP, and LAC reviews.

Classroom Management
Maintain structured, engaging lessons while managing challenging behaviours using calm, non-confrontational strategies.

Multidisciplinary Support
Work alongside an expert team to provide holistic development and regular progress reports for families and staff.
Requirements

Qualifications & Background
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in a special school setting supporting ASC and SEMH pupils.

Curriculum Knowledge
Understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks, national curriculum guidelines, and differentiated learning strategies.

Logistics & Vetting
Access to your own vehicle (due to location), strong safeguarding knowledge, Enhanced DBS check, and UK right to work (no sponsorship available).
