Responsibilities

Manage and process end-to-end payroll activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain payroll records and employee information accurately within the payroll system.

Calculate and prepare payroll deductions, allowances, bonuses, and statutory contributions.

Collaborate with HR to update employee data regarding changes in pay, deductions, or benefits.

Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related financial reports for management review.

Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, employment legislation, and internal controls during payroll processing.

Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll tax reports and statutory filings as required.
