Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) - Forest Row

Are you a dedicated and qualified early years educator seeking a permanent professional opportunity in Forest Row? We are currently seeking a committed Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive childcare team. This permanent role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their expertise to a nurturing environment focused on high-quality early development.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care and early education aligned with the EYFS framework.

Design and implement engaging, creative activities that support individual developmental milestones.

Serve as a Key Person, meticulously monitoring child progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.

Establish and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and the broader team.

-

Uphold safe, inclusive, and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.

Qualifications

-

Must possess a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).

Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and mandatory safeguarding procedures.

Strong communication skills, professional reliability, and a genuine commitment to early childhood excellence.
