Machine Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing client based in Runcorn.

• Work within a busy manufacturing environment producing

PPE and garments

• Operate industrial sewing machines and injection moulding equipment
• Work with zips, fabric and other materials
• Carry out repetitive production tasks
• Complete quality checks on finished products
• Follow production and health & safety procedures

The Role

• Operating industrial sewing machines
• Working with zips, fabric and other garment materials
• Feeding materials through machinery
• Carrying out repetitive sewing and production tasks
• Operating injection moulding machinery
• Ensuring materials are positioned correctly
• Checking machinery is operating properly
• Carrying out visual inspections of zips, garments and moulded components
• Trimming excess material where required
• Following production and health & safety procedures
• Keeping the working area clean and tidy

About You

• Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines is

desirable

• Experience working with zips, fabric or textiles is

desirable

• Experience working with injection moulding machinery is

desirable

• Manufacturing or production experience is beneficial
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive, hands-on work
• Good attention to detail
• Practical and willing to learn
• Reliable and hardworking
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the shift
• Flexibility to work days or rotating shifts depending on the position available
