Cleaning Operative

Key Responsibilities

Carry out cleaning at various stages of construction (build cleans, re-cleans, sparkle cleans)

Clean and maintain show homes, marketing suites, and display areas

Maintain welfare units including offices, toilets, kitchens, and site communal areas

Remove dust, debris, and building materials from all surfaces and fixtures

Follow strict health & safety guidelines on active construction sites

Work independently or as part of a small team

Engage with clients and customers in a professional, courteous manner, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service

Liaise with site managers and supervisors as needed
