We are looking for friendly, professional and reliable Customer Support Assistants / Receptionists to join our team and provide additional cover over the Christmas, New Year period and on going

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming residents, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing the reception/front desk
• Answering telephone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Signing visitors in and out and maintaining accurate visitor records
• Monitoring access to the building and reporting any concerns
• Carrying out regular reception, property and area patrols where required
• Conducting appropriate welfare checks where part of the role
• Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Reporting maintenance, health & safety or safeguarding concerns
• Maintaining accurate records, logs and shift handovers
• Liaising with residents, visitors, contractors and colleagues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming and professional reception area
• Following company policies, procedures and security protocols
