Responsibilities

Review and evaluate development proposals to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and facility standards.

Conduct environmental impact assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize adverse effects.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate environmental and facility considerations into project designs.

Develop, implement, and monitor control measures for facilities to enhance environmental performance and operational safety.

Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal teams and regulatory authorities.

Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to approved environmental management plans and facility requirements.

Stay updated on relevant environmental legislation, industry best practices, and facility management innovations to guide project development.
