Full-time (37.5 hours per week)We are recruiting a Female Assistant Support Worker to join our team at The Elms, a supported living service for people aged 55+ with physical health needs, mental health conditions and learning disabilities.At The Elms, we work together to create a warm, inclusive environment where people feel respected, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleYou will provide person-centred support that makes a real difference, including:Supporting with medication and personal care in a dignified, compassionate wayEncouraging daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingSupporting residents to achieve personal goals and maintain independenceOrganising local activities and community outingsFollowing individual support plans and risk assessmentsBuilding positive, trusting relationships through collaborative working

Working Pattern

This role operates on a 4-week rolling rota, with a combination of

Early shifts

8:00am to 4:00pm

Late shifts
