Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Join our welcoming team at Seabrook Court, a supported living service offering 20 self-contained flats for adults with learning disabilities. Working collaboratively, we create an inclusive and respectful environment where people feel supported and empowered to live independently.The RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will:Provide personal care with dignity and sensitivitySupport with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingEncourage independence and help residents achieve their personal goalsOrganise local outings and community activitiesFollow personalised support plans and risk assessmentsBuild positive, trusting relationships that make a real differenceAbout YouYou will be compassionate, reliable and flexible to work shifts across our 24-hour service, and committed to person-centred, inclusive support.Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.

Shifts
