Our pedagogical approach is grounded in the latest research in early years education, combining structured learning with a warm, responsive, and inclusive environment. It is and outstanding environment for both children and staff to grow and develop.
We believe that the formative years are critical in shaping a child’s lifelong trajectory. Our curriculum is designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and resilience, while our ethos centres on emotional wellbeing, secure attachments, and equitable learning opportunities.
As we continue to expand our provision, we are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Deputy Room Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute meaningfully to our mission of excellence in early years care and education.
