Nursery Manager

Nannie Annies Day Care is an Outstanding nursery with branches in South Woodford and Woodford. We create atmospheres and cultures that celebrates a child’s individuality and supports them in any way possible to reach their full potential; developing at their pace and in their way.

Based on the EYFS framework, we deliver our curriculum to each child in a way that maximises their interest and enhances developmental outcomes. Our approach is innovative and covers; STEAM; Brain Development; Literacy and Language; Visual Arts; Music and Movement and Nature.

Role Duties

Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare and education.

Develop and implement policies that promote a positive learning environment.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and resource management.

Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to support a collaborative community.

Monitor educational programs to ensure they meet the company's innovative standards.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff.

Lead staff training and professional development initiatives.
