Employer & Stakeholder Engagement
· Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential employers through cold calling, networking events, and social media .
· Act as the primary point of contact for employers, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to understand their recruitment needs .
· Develop and deliver presentations, meetings, and events to promote our services, including apprenticeships, traineeships, and other training programmes .
· Represent the organisation at industry events, job fairs, and partnership meetings to raise its profile and build a network of contacts .
Creating Employment Opportunities
· Work with employers to identify and secure vacancies, work placements, and work experience opportunities for service users .
· Match individuals to suitable job opportunities based on their skills, aspirations, and career goals .
· Market and 'sell' candidates to employers, using all available means of support, such as wage subsidies, to incentivise recruitment .
· Conduct employer visits to the workplace to assess job roles and discuss the potential for reverse marketing candidates .
Supporting Individuals into Work
· Work directly with job seekers, learners, or residents to understand their employment barriers, goals, and support needs .
· Deliver employability workshops, one-to-one coaching, and careers information, advice, and guidance (CIAG) on topics such as CV writing and interview preparation .
· Provide ongoing support to individuals before, during, and after their placement or job start to ensure a successful outcome .
· For roles supporting specific groups, deliver relevant training (e.g., Disability Awareness sessions) to employers .
Compliance, Administration & Reporting
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employer and candidate interactions on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or internal databases .
· Ensure all placements and activities are compliant with relevant funding requirements, safeguarding policies, and Health and Safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments .
· Monitor and track the progress of individuals on placements, gathering feedback from both learners and employers to ensure quality .
· Prepare and present reports to senior management on performance against targets and outcomes .
