Senior Engagement Manager - Rest of England

Experience delivering stakeholder engagement, communications or change initiatives within complex NHS, healthcare or public sector environments. Strong relationship-building skills, with experience working collaboratively with regional stakeholders, People teams, programme teams and senior leaders. Proven ability to plan and deliver engagement activities, workshops and events that build understanding, participation and commitment to change. Experience gathering, analysing and presenting stakeholder insight and feedback to inform decision-making and improve programme delivery. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and accessible messages for a range of audiences. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activity across regions and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
