Senior Clinical Support Worker

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Clinical Support Worker to join our busy ENT clinic team. In this post you will be responsible for providing some basic elements of patient care, assisting with procedures/chaperoning and some clerical duties such as dealing with patient notes and referrals. Our aim is to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of patient care. We are committed to developing a culture in line with our values that improves quality and enhances the patient experience and you will play a vital part in the team. Supporting/chaperoning patients during procedures and assisting the team where necessary. Organisation and running of individual clinics Removal of dressings and some simple dressing under supervision Patient observations, height weight and BMI Ensuring high standards of patient care and experience are met.
