Key Responsibilities

Working alongside a secondary care worker, you will deliver high-quality 2:1 clinical and personal support, including

Tracheostomy Management

Essential daily care, suctioning, and Cough Assist.

-

Clinical Care

PEG feeding, ventilator monitoring, and nebulizer administration.

-

Assistive Technology

Supporting non-verbal communication via specialized eye-gaze technology and computer systems.

-

Daily Support

Complex manual handling, personal care, pressure area management, and meal preparation.

-

Family Focus

Providing uplifting companionship, engaging with the client's young children, and maintaining a welcoming household atmosphere.

Care Compliance

Following detailed care plans and meticulously reporting any updates or concerns.

What We're Looking For

-

Experience

Minimum of 6 months' professional UK care experience.

-

Clinical Skills

Mandatory hands-on experience with Tracheostomy care.

-

Tech-Savvy

Comfortable operating assistive technology, eye-gaze systems, and home electronics.

-

Personality

A warm, energetic, and positive presence who enjoys being around young children.

Requirements

Full Right to Work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
