Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated early years team at our setting on Inglis Road in Ealing (W5). In this vital leadership role, you will hold overall responsibility for the daily operations, commercial success, and clinical/educational excellence of the nursery, ensuring our children receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations, administration, and compliance of the nursery setting.

Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of practitioners and room leaders.

Ensuring strict adherence to all Ofsted regulations, health and safety legislation, and safeguarding policies.

Driving nursery occupancy through active marketing, parent showarounds, and community engagement.

Managing staff rotas, budgets, and maintaining statutory staff-to-child ratios across all rooms.

Cultivating strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
