Marylebone Services is delighted to recruit for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Deputy Manager to join a dynamic nursery team in Harrow for an immediate start.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of the setting. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare and create a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager in daily operational management.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of early years practitioners.

Ensure high standards of care, education, and safeguarding are maintained.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents and carers.

Act as Nursery Manager in their absence.

Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and health and safety policies.

Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years, or a Montessori Diploma.

Current, clean Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid (Essential).

Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role within a nursery setting in the UK.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
