Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 Qualified)

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team at our setting on Shortlands Road in Bromley (BR2). In this role, you will work full-time across 5 days a week, helping to create a fun, secure, and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality childcare and early education in line with the EYFS framework.

Planning and implementing creative, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and support early development.

Supporting the room team and senior staff with the smooth running of the daily nursery routine.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and safeguarding-focused environment at all times.

Building strong, warm partnerships with parents and carers through regular, friendly communication.
