Full-time (37.5 hours per week)We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Female Support Worker’s to join our friendly team at Fletcher Way in Hemel Hempstead, where we work with compassion, respect and a strong focus on inclusion and empowering others.The RoleYou will provide one-to-one, person-centred support that helps individuals build independence and achieve their goals.

Your responsibilities include

Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgetingDelivering personal care sensitively and respectfullyAssisting with medication and contributing to support plansOrganising activities and encouraging community involvementHelping new team members through induction and mentoring

Shifts
