Part-time (22.5 hours per week)Fixed Term Contract until 31/05/2028Join our compassionate team at Alexandra Road, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping. Based in Hemel Hempstead, the scheme provides move-on accommodation within a safe, welcoming environment for adults aged 18+, where inclusion and respect are at the heart of everything we do.We take a person-centred approach, empowering people to rebuild their confidence, secure long-term housing, and move towards independent living.The RoleAssess needs and create personalised support plansPromote independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgetingContribute to risk assessments and ongoing support plansSupport individuals to achieve personal goals and access opportunities, working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners

Shifts
