What you'll be doing
* Prepare papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings
* Produce court documents and draft standard letters and documents
* Create, update and maintain accurate records on internal systems, including data input
* Clerking support for Civil and Family Courts, tribunals and hearings
* Provide customer service by answering queries and signposting users to the right support via face-to-face, telephone (incoming/outbound) and correspondence in different formats
* Use service scripts and knowledge articles to direct users to relevant services and give clear, consistent information
* Support complaints processes, respond promptly to prevent escalation, and update systems as required
* Handle case files with secure information management and adherence to retention/data loss protocols
* Assist with listing and scheduling, helping to use judicial time efficiently and respond to urgent matters
What you'll bring
* Strong administrative ability with attention to detail and accuracy in records and documentation
* Confidence drafting standard letters and producing clear court-related paperwork
* Clear communicator-able to provide or signpost support for users, including those with specific or complex needs
* Calm, professional approach under pressure, following policies and service standards
* A practical, process-driven mindset-able to meet performance targets using standard operating procedures
