two Admin Officers (AO) for a

temporary 7-month assignment at

Manchester County Court, starting

ASAP (with the

possibility of extension).

On-the-job training provided

What you'll be doing

* Collating and analysing

complex information/data, then submitting results in

written reports

* Overseeing

administrative procedures and processes to ensure consistent delivery

* Acting as an

administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources

* Preparing

routine correspondence with clear, professional attention to detail

* Providing administrative support including

clerking court duties

* Working to set procedures while using

some independent judgement under general supervision

* Supporting

budget preparation and control where required

What you'll bring

Administrative experience and the confidence to handle varied, procedure-led tasks

* Strong

Microsoft Office skills (working knowledge required)

* Excellent

communication skills-both written and verbal

*

Professional personal presentation

smartly dressed (no trainers, no jeans)

* A reliable, conscientious approach with the ability to exercise judgement appropriately
