If you're organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people through important moments, this is a great opportunity to join a busy court environment as an Admin Officer. You'll provide day-to-day administrative and customer support that helps hearings run smoothly-and supports users to access justice effectively.

What you'll be doing

* Undertaking administrative tasks to prepare for, facilitate, and support the outcome of hearings

* Supporting users and stakeholders face to face, by phone (incoming and outbound), and via correspondence in a range of formats

* Using service scripts and knowledge materials to signpost people to the right support and answer queries clearly

* Following complaints policies and procedures, responding promptly to help prevent escalation, and updating systems as required

* Handling case files with accurate data entry, secure information management, and compliance with retention/data loss protocols

* Assisting with listing and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of judicial time and adherence to listing policies

* Providing judicial business support (e.g., diary coordination and local administrative tasks)

* Supporting enforcement processes, including financial assessments, fine collection support, and producing basic statistical/financial reports

* Supporting health and safety processes (PEEPs, facility checks, issue logging, and key/safety governance under guidance)

* Preparing papers and documents for hearings/meetings, creating/updating records, and drafting standard letters
