At Legal for Landlords, we help landlords and letting agents across the UK navigate complex legal challenges. We are seeking a motivated Professional Services Sales Consultant (Eviction & Debt Recovery) to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role combining client-facing case management with proactive outbound lead generation. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while driving new revenue opportunities for our eviction and debt recovery services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development & Lead Generation

Proactive Outreach

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, letting agents, and property managers to introduce our professional services.

Pipeline Management

Build, nurture, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through self-lead generation, networking, and targeted market research.

Client Onboarding

Work closely with the broader sales team to ensure a seamless conversion and onboarding process for new accounts.

Case Handling & Advisory

Compliance Checks

Review tenancy documentation thoroughly to ensure full compliance for eviction and debt recovery proceedings.

•

Client Communication

Keep landlords and letting agents fully updated on case progress, court dates, and next steps.

•

Legal Collaboration

Liaise with partner solicitors, secure certificates of service, and prepare files for court possession orders.
