We also offer a range of activities and community opportunities that make life engaging, enjoyable and fulfilling.About the RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will:Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingAssist with medication and promote wellbeingOrganise activities and community tripsEncourage independence and support personal goalsBuild positive, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality supportWhat We Are Looking ForFull UK driving licence and access to a carFlexibility to undertake sleep-ins (minimum one per week)A reliable, caring and inclusive individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their potential and make a positive difference in their lives.

Shifts include
