The role of a Trainee GRP Laminator involves a variety of tasks aimed at preparing and applying materials for the production of GRP products. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this position:
Preparation of Moulds
Suitably preparing a mould for the application of raw materials.
Application of Raw Materials
Applying gel, resin, and mat into the prepared mould.
Cracking-out the Product
Cracking out the product upon completion of the application process.
Training and Development
Working under supervision to demonstrate competence in carrying out tasks safely and confidently.
Various house keeping duties within the warehouse
Can involve off site working.
