Relationship Manager

Bloom Business Solutions Ltd provides a wide range of business services, including accounting, payroll, IT, and digital transformation. We are looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships and support business growth. The role involves building and maintaining strong connections with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they receive high-quality services tailored to their requirements. The Relationship Manager will act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, helping to enhance customer satisfaction, retain existing clients, and identify opportunities to expand the company’s services.

Main duties include

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Acting as the main point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests relating to accounting, payroll, IT support, business advisory, and digital transformation services.

• Coordinating with internal teams, arranging client meetings, following up on agreed actions, and ensuring client work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed deadlines.

• Supporting the Director in retaining existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services, and promoting additional business solutions where appropriate.

• Maintaining accurate client records, meeting notes, correspondence, and service updates, and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
