Social Media Manager

DIGISOIL LIMITED is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, promote IT and digital services, support client campaigns, and help increase customer engagement and business growth.

Main duties include

• Manage and maintain the company’s and clients’ social media accounts, ensuring regular and consistent activity across relevant platforms.

• Create, edit and publish engaging content, including posts, images, videos and promotional updates.

• Plan and coordinate social media campaigns to promote services such as web design, web development, software solutions and other IT-related services to attract potential customers.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries about the company’s services.

• Track social media performance and work with management to ensure content supports DIGISOIL LIMITED’s brand, IT services, and business goals.

Skills and Education

• Proven experience in managing social media or similar digital marketing services.

• Good skills in content creation (photos, short videos, reels) and basic editing tools (e.g. Canva).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
