About this role
You will
have a considered, thoughtful and reflective approach toward supporting an individual in their recovery journey able to care plan and carry through a persons care. have good communication skills and an ability to liaise with multiple agencies (secondary care teams, GPs friends and family are just a few examples of the people somebody might liaise with regularly). The ideal candidate will have worked within mental health, providing a wide range of interventions to assist people, during a period of acute mental health crisis and connecting into community resources.
You must
be passionate about improving the lived experience and health of people using mental health services have proven knowledge of support needs of people with mental health needs What we offer to be part of a friendly team, with direct support from your operational team and line manager in-depth induction to Second Step and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust to all the relevant training and support you need to do your job well monthly one-to-one sessions with your line manager If you are interested in this role but are concerned that you may not have the experience or knowledge please contact us for an informal conversation, we would very much like to hear from you.
