About the

Role of Recruitment Administrator

  • Assisting in the end to end recruitment process which includes:
  • Creating and updating database with suitable candidates for each role.
  • Advertising jobs descriptions, screening and shortlisting candidates and booking interviews.
  • Sending offer of employment letter.
  • Ensuring that all the references are requested and received.
  • Booking interviews.
  • Taking interview and meeting notes.
  • Arranging start dates.
  • Ensuring contracts are sent in a timely manner and new starters are set up on our in house system.
  • Changing terms and conditions as and when required.
  • Answering telephone calls and queries relating to the work of the HR Department and deal with them effectively.
  • Taking messages and/or forwarding information to the appropriate person or department.
  • Carrying out photocopying, scanning and distribution of documents as required

Person Specifications

  • At least 2 years experience in an Administration role.
  • Sound knowledge about local recruitment and overseas hiring in UK .
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
  • Good level of both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Holding a typing skill of (50 words per minute).
  • Holding skills in Arranging & Auditing of Recruitment Files and Documents.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in the Care/Healthcare sector (desirable but not essential)
