Experience and/or a genuine passion for working in healthcare, mental health, neurorehabilitation, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, learning disability services or social care Some knowledge or understanding of Occupational Therapy A creative flair and the ability to planengaging, meaningful activities The confidence to work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team Strong communicationandorganisationskills A positive,patientand flexible approach An interest in supporting people with complex needs andbehavioursthat may challenge An awareness of recovery approaches, socialinclusionand person-centredcare, which is desirable This role may suit someone with experience as an Activity Co-ordinator, Activities Coordinator, Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Mental Health Support Worker, ActivitiesWorkeror Social Care Worker. Salary
£13.15 per hour Increasing to £13.45 per hour after 3 months
Full-time hours
