The People Liaison Officer will play a pivotal role within the people relations team and the wider People and Culture services to ensure that staff are well supported at every stage in their employment life cycle, particularly where a challenge or issue has arisen.
The role has two key elements in enabling a culture shift in how employee relations cases are managed -

2. To be responsible for developing and delivering robust performance reporting for employee relations, using the employee relations data base ‘Selenity’

To support the People Relations Team to deliver efficient and professional services to staff, their representatives and managers. They will support caseload work, working independently as a facilitator to ensure that staff and managers are informed and supported at every stage of a HR process
