PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Professional to join our Executive Team.
Effective management and implementation of all parts of the People agenda are needed. The role comes with senior responsibilities
for culture, workforce and attracting talent.
The post holder is charged with creating and embedding a culture that is committed to coaching and supporting employees while
championing diversity, inclusion, equality and wellbeing throughout the organisation. You will be expected to ensure the people
programmes and initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned to the overall College objectives.
