About this role

Oatlands Park Hotel is hiring for a Reception Supervisor, reporting to the Reception Manager. You will have excellent customer service and leadership skills in this customer-facing role on the front desk of a busy 4-star hotel in Weybridge, Surrey.

You will be responsible for overseeing a busy hotel reception front desk, leading a team and checking in/out hotel guests.

This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week on a shifts basis.

The usual shifts are 6

45am-3:15pm, 2:45pm-11:15pm, however there are sometimes mid-day shifts in accordance with business needs.
