1. Operate official vehicle and assist in transporting officials and guests

2. Maintain the vehicle by ensuring regular and proper vehicle upkeep

3. Maintain and update the Log Book by recording the trip details, fuel purchases, and distance travelled

4. Update the vehicle inspection book to ensure compliance with the safety standards

5. Safeguard fuel card and vehicle keys are in good condition

6. Undertake any other tasks as and when directed
