Job description

Do you want to make an impact on children's lives and be part of an amazing team? We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join us in our mission to shape young minds and build a better future!

As an

Early Years Educator you will

Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues;

Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development

Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.

Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Greenwood Philosophy.

Work on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break per day.

Go out for Forest School days to Wick woodland, on the Hackney marshes

We also offer

A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum,

35 days holiday a year (including bank holidays and nursery closure between Christmas and New Year),

Paid training, including 2 inset days per year, funding, and paid time off for Forest School/Leadership training to members of staff that show strength and dedication in these areas.

5 days full sick pay.

Successful applicants will

Be someone who is genuinely passionate about education and changing children's lives.

Have a relevant early years qualification (level 3 or above),

Have previous experience working with children,
