Property Negotiator

Our Kettering based client are seeking a highly motivated and organised Property Negotiator to join them on a part time permanent basis., working (between 15 – 20 hours) Monday to Friday.

As a Property Negotiator you will support the acquisition of residential investment properties, working alongside a Senior Negotiator with established clients, you will assist throughout the purchasing process while delivering a high standard of service and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities for the Property Negotiator

Assist the Senior Negotiator in sourcing and purchasing residential investment properties

Liaise with clients and provide regular updates

Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports

Support administrative tasks related to property transactions

Ensure a high standard of communication and client service

Requirements for the Property Negotiator

Minimum 2 years’ experience in property sales, lettings, or property administration

Proven track record and ability to work under pressure

Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
