The must haves for this role: Degree or equivalent experience Specialist knowledge acquired through post graduate short courses, training or equivalent experience, in a relevant field Leadership Qualification or equivalent experience Demonstrable experience of working autonomously to deliver high quality and evidence-based medical staffing advice and expertise Experience in making complex recruitment processes and ideally the appointment process for Consultant Medical Staffing Experience in rota development, management and pay processes Ability to travel to multiple sites with minimal impact on daily productivity.
