We're looking for a Recruitment Apprentice to join our specialist Driving & Logistics Recruitment team.

What You'll Be Doing

Speaking with drivers and logistics professionals

Registering candidates and arranging interviews

Building relationships with clients and candidates

Learning about the driving and logistics sector

Supporting daily recruitment operations

Accompanying consultants on occasional client and site visits

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication skills

Organised and reliable approach to work

Must be 18+ (insurance requirement for site visits)

Must be able to commute to our Epping office when required

No previous recruitment experience is necessary — we'll teach you everything you need to know.
