Consultant in Occupational Medicine

As Clinical Lead, you will be instrumental in promoting the success and continued development of the Occupational Health Service, ensuring that staff and clients receive an outstanding service built upon the principles of clinical governance, innovation, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice. You will provide visible clinical leadership, acting as a senior expert, educator, advisor, advocate, and role model for the wider team. You will inspire and empower colleagues to deliver high-quality, integrated care while fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional development. Working in partnership with the Nursing Lead, Psychologist, Specialist Occupational Health Nurses, and wider stakeholders, you will ensure the effective leadership, management, and delivery of a modern Occupational Health service that responds proactively to organisational needs and supports the health and wellbeing of employees throughout their working lives.
