About the Role

Working within our Commercial team, you'll provide guidance and support to Commercial Assistants while helping to drive consistency, collaboration and high standards across the function.

You'll work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including our client, building trusted relationships and representing the Commercial team with confidence and professionalism.

As the team continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to develop into a people management role, supporting and mentoring colleagues while helping shape the future structure of the team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of commercial activities across the contract.
• Acting as a senior point of contact for Commercial Assistants, providing guidance and direction.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
• Representing the Commercial function professionally across meetings and projects.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Supporting the future development and growth of the Commercial team.

• Experience within a commercial, contract support or business support environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
