Job Description
Are you an experienced commercial professional looking for your next career move? We're seeking an ambitious Senior Commercial Assistant who is ready to take the next step towards leadership.

About the Role
Working within our Commercial team, you'll provide guidance and support to Commercial Assistants while helping to drive consistency, collaboration and high standards across the function.
You'll work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including our client, building trusted relationships and representing the Commercial team with confidence and professionalism.
As the team continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to develop into a people management role, supporting and mentoring colleagues while helping shape the future structure of the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of commercial activities across the contract.
- Acting as a senior point of contact for Commercial Assistants, providing guidance and direction.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
- Representing the Commercial function professionally across meetings and projects.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
- Supporting the future development and growth of the Commercial team.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate
- Experience within a commercial, contract support or business support environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence and gravitas to influence others and represent the team professionally.
- Leadership potential, with the desire and capability to step into a line management role within the next 12 months.
- The ability to coach, support and develop colleagues.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Ambition to build a long-term career and progress within the business.
