You will ensure asset data is accurate, consistent, and structured to support robust cost modelling, lifecycle planning and investment decision-making. The role combines hands-on surveying delivery with technical leadership, quality assurance, and the development of standardised lifecycle and cost frameworks aligned to ISO 55000 principles and client requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong M&E asset management or building services background, with experience assessing the condition, performance and lifecycle requirements of critical building systems across complex estates

Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the Technical & Asset Manager and wider contract teams.
- Present findings, lifecycle assessments and investment recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clear advice on M&E asset condition, compliance, risk and lifecycle liability
Programme & Delivery Support
- Support planning and coordination of surveying programmes across the estate.
