Remote Clinical / Counselling Psychologist - Must be HCPC registered Fully remote - UK* only Permanent. Full or part time (minimum of 2 days per week - 16 hours)

Salary

63,100 per annum** plus excellent Bupa benefits**based on full-time hours of 40 hours per week, if part-time this will be pro-rata

Operational hours

Monday to Friday on shifts between 08:00-20:00At least one of your shifts will need to be late: 11:30-20:00Each day will include 5 appointments

This role is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work flexibly while still being part of a supportive, connected clinical team. You'll have access to regular supervision, strong clinical leadership and opportunities to shape how our mental wellbeing services continue to grow and improve. As a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist - Talking Therapies, you'll:Deliver highquality psychological therapy with a strong focus on safety, outcomes and recoveryComplete thorough assessments and formulations to guide the most appropriate care pathwayProvide therapy via telephone or video, based on client preferenceManage a caseload in line with agreed session limits and individual treatment goalsWork with different models of care, including shortterm therapy, wellbeing support and coachingOffer oneoff assessments and clear referral recommendations when neededSignpost or refer clients to other services where appropriateContribute to group psychoeducation and mental wellbeing workshops delivered remotelyWork closely with Clinical Leads and the wider Talking Therapies teamTake part in regular individual and group clinical supervision, plus team meetingsShare ideas to help improve client experience and service quality We're looking for someone who brings both clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to care.

Essential

Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, accredited by the British Psychological SocietyRegistered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)At least one year of postqualification experienceExperience working with adult mental health presentationsConfidence managing your own caseload and working to outcomes

Desirable

Training in additional therapeutic models or specialist areasExperience working in corporate or organisational settingsStrong leadership or mentoring experience
