Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.7-12 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in the GCC.Strong experience in contract management, vendor negotiations, and strategic sourcing.Proficiency in ERP systemsExcellent knowledge of GCC procurement regulations, customs procedures, and GST frameworks.Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and commercial acumen.Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.Deep understanding of regional supply markets across GCC.High integrity, ethical conduct, and stakeholder management capability.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Cost savings achieved vs. targetOn-time procurement cycle completionSupplier performance scoresCompliance audit resultsProcurement process efficiency (PO cycle time, automation levels)
