Join us as aLocation Analyst and you’ll be a big part of this.
The Location Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the future of our property estate by providing data-driven insights that support key strategic decisions. Using the CACI Gravity Model alongside a wide range of internal and external data sources, the role will evaluate opportunities across our estate to determine where we should open new stores, renew or exit leases, sublet locations, and optimise the performance of our existing portfolio.

You'll have the chance to influence high-profile decisions that directly impact our growth and performance, working closely with stakeholders across Property, Finance, Commercial, Operations and Strategy.
You'll be empowered to challenge assumptions, uncover new insights through data, and continually improve how we use location intelligence to support decision making. If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving complex business problems and want to see your analysis translate into real-world outcomes, this role offers significant scope to make an impact.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking analytics community that values curiosity, creativity and fresh thinking. We encourage new ideas, experimentation, and smart risk-taking to continuously improve how we use data.

- Work collaboratively with Property, Finance, Operations, Commercial and Strategy teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present complex analysis in a clear and compelling way to support senior stakeholder decision making.
- Continuously review and enhance modelling approaches, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
