She successful candidate will pro-actively manage and undertake general asset management and valuations of land and property holdings, including the commercial investment and corporate portfolios.
They will drive the performance of commercial investment portfolio to maximise income, capital, redevelopment and investment opportunities and to ensure that commercial investment portfolio is well managed, maintained and competitive in the market.
