- Recognised teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a teaching assistant in a similar setting
- Strong understanding of the UK education system and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educational professionals
