Are you an experienced or aspiring SEN Teacher based in Norfolk? Do you have a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a network of supportive schools where you can make a meaningful and lasting impact. We are working with a range of well-regarded partner schools across Norfolk, offering access to a variety of rewarding SEN teaching roles.

As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver inclusive, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of learners aged 4-11 or 11-16. Whether your background is in mainstream or specialist education, your experience and commitment to inclusive teaching will be highly valued.

Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons for pupils with SEN and/or SEMH

Teach small classes (typically up to 10 pupils) with support from classroom staff

Adapt teaching approaches to meet EHCPs and individual learning needs

Support and guide Teaching Assistants and HLTAs within the classroom

Work collaboratively with therapists, pastoral teams, and senior leaders

Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and inclusion

Monitor and report on both academic progress and social-emotional development

We welcome applications from individuals who

Hold QTS or QTLS (ECTs are encouraged to apply)

Have an interest or experience in SEN/SEMH education

Are confident adapting lessons for pupils with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, or complex needs

Demonstrate a flexible, resilient, and nurturing teaching style

Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (due to rural locations)

Support from a dedicated education consultant throughout your journey
